SUBSEQUENT EVENTS |
NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, except as noted below and in Note 2, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On March 30, 2021, April 10, 2021, May 4, 2021 and May 6, 2021, four purported stockholders of RAAC sent demand letters requesting that RAAC provide additional disclosures in an amendment to the registration statement filed in connection with the Berkshire Grey Business Combination. The Company believes that the allegations in the demand letters are meritless and no additional disclosure is required in such registration statement. |
